‍In 2006, Gregory received his full agent licensed notary commission from the State of Pennsylvania through PennDOT Driver’s License and Titling services. His father, Gregg D. Wilson, owned and operated Barnyard Trailer Sales in McClellandtown, PA. Gregory obtained his licensure to help fulfill the licensing requirements for the trailers his father sold. Greg also performed other general notary work there for churches, funeral directors, and other car dealerships.

‍In 2019, Gregg D. Wilson passed away as a result of kidney failure and diabetes, and Greg felt he could not run the trailer business. In the interim, he received a full Bachelor of Science in Honors Accounting from the West Virginia University’s Business and Economics Department. He was awarded scholarships while there and tutored students in accounting through the Beta Alpha Psi Honorary. Greg is also a Past District Governor for Lions International District 14-M, encompassing Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Somerset Counties. One of the honors projects he worked on in college was a cost accounting system for his Lion’s Club food booth, held annually at the Fayette County Fair. Greg continues to use the QuickBooks accounting system and performs bookkeeping tasks for small businesses and Lions Clubs as a not-for-profit today.

‍In 2025, his mother, Wilma Wilson, a schoolteacher for thirty-five years in the Albert Gallatin School District, where she taught sixth-grade reading, English, and spelling, passed away due to complications from heart disease, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease. For almost seven years after serving as his father’s caretaker, Greg became his mother’s caretaker, taking her to her doctors appointments and ensuring that no shortcuts were taken. Through the opening of his eyes to the medical system we have in place, he continues to keep his notary and specializes in bedside notarizations of Medical Powers of Attorney. His views are straightforward.

‍Greg and his mother were extremely close. It has taken more than a year for him to get back on track due to the circumstances surrounding his mother's passing, and he knows what is involved not only in healthcare but also in settling an estate after those painful moments. Because of this stance, Greg is going to attempt Law School where he will learn how fight for the rights of the elderly and other groups who are mistreated through all our systems.  It’s Greg’s hopes that he can have a center for Elderly Justice and Law whereby he will fight for the rights of the elderly.
